II. CHANGES IN ORDERS
To cancel your order, remove products from your order-form or make other changes to the order, please contact us by phone or by e-mail. We can not make changes if ordered products have been already sent to you, but in other cases we will try to satisfy your wish.
III.
PAYMENT
We accept the following methods of payment:
1. Payment on Delivery
Payment for an order is made at the time of delivery. This method of payment applies only to shipments in Poland and is possible only for shipments worth up to 300 PLN.
2. Banktransfer
To pay for an order you transfer the payment to our account. The account number is send in e-mail confirming your order. Ordered products are sent when we receive payment.
3. Online Prepayment
Payment for an order is made via service Płatności.pl. Ordered products are sent when the payment is successfully authorized.
4. PayPal
Payment for an order is made via service PayPal. Ordered products are sent when the payment is successfully authorized.
5. Cash (in-store pickup)
Payment for an order is made by cash in our bookstore.
IV. TIME OF REALIZATION
Time of realization = time for completing an order + time of delivery.
Shipments are realized up to date, usually within 5 working days from the date of order placement. If ordered products are difficult to access, time of realization may extend.
V. DELIVERY
Shipments are delivered by Polish Post, InPost or courier service only in Poland. If you want us to send ordered products abroad, please contact us via e-mail. Our decision and possible shipping costs will also be sent to you by e-mail.
If you choose in-store pickup option, please wait for an e-mail with order confirmation.
VI. SHIPPING COST
Shipping costs for pre-paid orders are:
Postal Delivery - 8 PLN
Courier Delivery - 25 PLN
Paczkomaty - 7 PLN
In-Store Pickup - 0 PLN
Payment on Delivery - surcharge 7 PLN
For orders above 350 PLN shipping in Poland is free.
VII. RECEIPTS & INVOICES
We send ordered products together with a receipt. If you want to receive a VAT invoice, please let us know while placing order.
VIII. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If the time between placing an order (Payment on Delivery) or money transfer (Prepayment) and the receipt of shipment seems to be disturbingly long, please contact us giving your full name and date of your order. If we confirm, that products were sent to you on time, please ask for shipment at your Post Office. If shipment does not arrive within 14 days we start the claim procedure.
IX. OTHER INFORMATION
1. Online store available at www.hatteria.pl belongs to HATTERIA.PL Magdalena Gałkowska, registered under the number 50/2008, NIP 679-244-21-58, REGON 120604736.
2. Placing an order is not tantamount to making an arrangement with HATTERIA.PL - it only means an offer to buy a particular product.
3. The content of an online store at www.hatteria.pl does not reflect inventory of our company.

Prices of goods presented at www.hatteria.pl are expressed in Polish zlotys and do not include shipping costs.
5. HATTERIA.PL reserves the right to review and cancel the order in case of justifiable doubts about its credibility.
6. Correctly placed order is confirmed by an automatic message sent to an e-mail address of client immediately after placing an order. In the absence of such an information, customer should contact the store in order to clarify the situation.
7. Placing an order is tantamount to accepting "Conditions of Use".
8. In matters not covered in these Regulations shall apply the rules of the Civil Code and the Act of 2 March 2000 on the protection of consumer rights and liability for damage caused by dangerous products.
